An eight-year Marketwave veteran, Dione Fudzie has 18 years of communications and marketing experience. She has worked with a wide-range of clients in various industries including financial services, energy, consulting, legal, technology and non-profit. At Marketwave, Dione plays a key role in strategy development and project management and thrives off of planning and implementing campaigns that produce stellar results.
Prior to Marketwave, Dione was a managing supervisor at BlueCurrent Public Relations, a Fleishman-Hillard agency, where she helped develop and manage USAA’s military communications program and supported the agency’s work for ConocoPhillips. She has also held marketing and communications positions at USAA and GSD&M, a leading national ad agency based in Austin.
Dione earned her bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Minnesota-Morris (but she’s a southerner at heart!) and her master’s degree in journalism from the University of Texas at Austin. In her spare time, she enjoys hanging out with her two daughters, working out and attempting DIY home projects.
