And when they needed a solution to boost sales and awareness for their ReStore outlets, we tackled that challenge with a strategic marketing idea: the Design Duel. The contest – created to showcase ReStores’ frugal home décor options for consumers and designers – challenged two local interior designers with redesigning the living/dining areas for two local homeowners using only ReStore items.
We promoted the Design Duel through a special mix of marketing, PR and digital strategies, and as a result, saw success across the gamut of metrics – from in-store traffic, to website traffic, to media coverage and consumer engagement.
