“Chain Reaction” of Good Branding

Posted by on February 7, 2014

With our focus on the Marketwave Great Work. Great Cause. project  this month and last, I thought it would be a good time to spotlight a non-profit I stumbled across this past weekend. The Chain Reaction Project (TCRP) is a non-profit that started in 2009 by four women dedicated to improving lives of people in less-developed nations. “TCRP’s mission is to find a cause, have an effect, and from there grow their initiative by inspiring others to be catalysts for change as well.”

Not only is this a great cause, but check out their branding identity! Designed by a Singapore-based design firm, Bravo Company, this is an example of brand simplicity that needs to be applauded. The logo mark stands strong on its own but the Bravo Company took it one step farther and created an icon system that can be incorporated into an array of graphic elements all relating back to TCRP’s mission.

At Marketwave, we’ve seen first-hand how good branding can build more awareness for an excellent cause. What are some of your favorite non-profit brands?”
