When Oncor learned consumers were largely confused about its role in delivering electricity to their homes and had questions about power outages, they turned to Marketwave to develop a new program—Ask Oncor. We Deliver. Our team created and designed a seven-station, branded traveling exhibit that directly connected Oncor to consumers to answer their questions and educate them on how reliable, safe and advanced electric delivery works. The exhibit also offers energy efficiency tips through interactive lighting and insulation displays. Since its inception in 2010, the program has reached more than 78,000 customers with Oncor messaging.
