Financial services company ORIX USA wanted to celebrate their 35th anniversary in a big way. They were not only proud of their longevity but were also excited about the company’s future. With employees at the center of their success, we not only brainstormed ideas with their team, but also developed a theme—MomentUs—to make their kick-off meeting more memorable and engaging. In addition to developing a video that featured their milestones and recognized employees for their years of service, we also implemented ideas from our brainstorm session, including: Taiko drummers, signage, an interactive photo exhibit and an oversized letter “I” that employees could sign to commemorate the event.
